Loyalty Program Rules: Earn Points and Save on Furniture Cleaning!
We value our customers and want to make every cleaning service even more beneficial for you!
How does the program work?
- You automatically become a loyalty program member when placing an order of $200 or more.
- We credit your account with 400 welcome points immediately after your first order of $200 or more.
- $1 spent = 10 points earned.
- For your first order, points are credited as follows:
- You receive a fixed 400 points for the first $200;
- If your order exceeds $200, additional points are earned according to the following tiers:
- From $200 to $500 — 5%;
- From $500 to $1000 — 7%;
- Over $1000 — 10%.
- For every subsequent order, you can either redeem your accumulated points or earn new points (you cannot combine redeeming and earning points in a single order).
- The minimum order amount to use points is $250. Points can cover up to 100% of the order value.
- Amounts paid with points do not qualify for earning new points.
- Accumulated points remain valid for 2 years from the date of the last accrual. After that, they expire.
Program Levels:
- Level 1: Cashback of 5% of each order's amount in points.
- Level 2: Once your total orders exceed $500, cashback increases to 7%.
- Level 3: Once your total orders exceed $1000, cashback increases to 10%.
Advancement between levels depends on the total amount of your orders throughout your entire cooperation with us.
How to check your point balance?
You can always check your current balance by messaging us on WhatsApp.
Points and Promotions:
You can use your points even during promotions and discounts.
